Also, sorry that we didn’t have time to explain our packing and we hope that it is okay for you but we do not use a box to send clothes and prefer to just wrap them for 2 reasons:
– Save cost (a big paper box almost weighs 500 grams and you would have to pay few hundred Baht more for EMS shipping).
– Customs acquaintances told us that when they see a parcel declared as “clothes” and when they can feel what is inside (not in a box) they usually do not open and do not tax the goods, but when it is a box they have no way to check what is inside and if they open it they will write a receipt and charge for customs clearance

I received my virgin I received my virgin Cambodian hair on Monday. It took 3 working days,very quick delivery. Thank you. I didn’t get a tracking number to follow the order but it came all the same. I ordered 16inches but I got very long like 26-28inches which I was happy about. The only thing is the weft is not sewn very well or thickly so it sheds when you brush or run fingers through the hair. Please fix this problem for future orders, it’s important the hair doesn’t shed or it doesn’t. If I wanted or order more in the future would I need to pay the shoppers fee again?

To avoid customs we would not send one 35 kg parcel but 2 or 3 smaller parcels.
To send smaller parcels it is better to use EMS which is the Express post office service because it allows to avoid customs in 99% of the cases. Shipping cost a little more but you save a lot in customs tax and other problems often meet when declaring goods sent abroad.
IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO AVOID CUSTOMS IF YOU USE A COURIER COMPANY AS FEDEX, DHL, TNT OR UPS.
These companies are allowed to process quickly because they clear parcels for customs so it is an obligation to tell the real value of your items or anyway the parcel would be forwarded to customs for a check if your declaration seems fake.

– Customs acquaintances told us that when they see a parcel declared as “clothes” and when they can feel what is inside (not in a box) they usually do not open and do not tax the goods, but when it is a box they have no way to check what is inside and if they open it they will write a receipt and charge for customs clearance

I received my virgin
I received my virgin Cambodian hair on Monday. It took 3 working days,very quick delivery. Thank you. I didn’t get a tracking number to follow the order but it came all the same. I ordered 16inches but I got very long like 26-28inches which I was happy about. The only thing is the weft is not sewn very well or thickly so it sheds when you brush or run fingers through the hair. Please fix this problem for future orders, it’s important the hair doesn’t shed or it doesn’t. If I wanted or order more in the future would I need to pay the shoppers fee again?

So the total should be 4240baht. (if you’re able to bargain, that would be great!) ;)
If possible, I would like you to pick up the items by early this week. (Tomorrow perhaps?)

is there an extra charge if I need your help to pick up my stuff and sending orders to my address? how much it costs to do that? The service fee is required each time you make a transaction?

There is no extra charge to pick up your goods and ship them to your address.
There is only 1 unique service fee to source products for you and propose you goods to buy in Thailand but if your seller cannot send these products to you directly we will charge 1000 Thb every time we have to visit shops and post office or cargo company for you.
If you become a regular customer we can discuss the fee again later as we do not charge our long time customers every time they place and order, but we won’t talk about it before you effectively become a returning customer.

When communication is possible you can buy directly from the shops otherwise we will buy the products that you want and won’t charge you more for this service, only the 1000 Thb fixed cost.

We have sent you an Email with all the details about our service.
To avoid customs we would not send one 35 kg parcel but 2 or 3 smaller parcels.
To send smaller parcels it is better to use EMS which is the Express post office service because it allows to avoid customs in 99% of the cases. Shipping cost a little more but you save a lot in customs tax and other problems often meet when declaring goods sent abroad.
IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO AVOID CUSTOMS IF YOU USE A COURIER COMPANY AS FEDEX, DHL, TNT OR UPS.
These companies are allowed to process quickly because they clear parcels for customs so it is an obligation to tell the real value of your items or anyway the parcel would be forwarded to customs for a check if your declaration seems fake.
Anyway our customers always have the final word but if someone asks us how to send a 35kg parcel this is what we usually do and it has always worked until now.
